Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Supervision
PC Counselling and Training Ltd is a private organisation that delivers quality counselling training from beginners’ level to practitioner status. To extend this suite of qualifications PC Counselling and Training Ltd are now able to offer a supervision qualification,written to level 5 and has been Quality Checked by The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
”_This course holds The Quality Mark of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) (http://www.nationalcounsellingsociety.org “”) This programme is designed to attract counselling practitioners who are 2 years post qualified and have accrued a minimum of 450 client hours, and are now wishing to expand their own portfolio of skills and qualifications.
This course will enable practitioners to explore the origins of supervision with some of the differing models of supervision that are available. In conjunction with this, exploring the roles and responsibilities of what a supervisor and supervision entails and the legislation that is integral to this process. As this course unfolds the practitioner will be expected to identify their own preferred supervision model and how this fits with their own counselling philosophy.
This qualification contains 4 mandatory units inclusive of 6 recorded supervision sessions.
Delivery and assessment will be 6 days, over 6 months and will include: formative assignments; supervision skills practice/applied theory work; individual/small group work; training group supervision sessions; learner led research and presentation activities and summative case studies of 6 supervision sessions outside of the classroom setting. The sessions will be delivered via blended learning- a mix of online and face to face, inline with Awarding Body and Government Guidelines.

Saturday 31st August 9am-4pm online
Sunday 1st September 9am-4pm in class
Fees are Only £1200 payable in full or 6 interest free payments.
Deposit £200 then 5 further interest free payments of £200.
