As an organisation, PC Counselling and Training Ltd are committed to the highest possible standards of education and training. Alongside Paula Crosby is a team of equally highly qualified and experienced associates who are also involved in training, counselling and supervision delivery.
Our vision is to produce high quality training to individuals who wish to develop both personally and professionally. Whilst recognising that every group is unique we also acknowledge the contribution of each individual. To support our aim to train high quality counsellors, we also have the support of many local counselling placement providers.
Below are some quotes we have recently received by some of our long term placement providers:
“We have finished our volunteer recruitment this year and we had 40 applications and selected 6 volunteers. I thought I would pass on that there was a significant difference in the calibre of applications we received from students attending your course and those of other training organisations. From application to interview, we were so impressed with the knowledge and skills of your students and the way they were able to understand and then articulate the counselling process…. We received applications from the majority of training providers in the North East and your students were definitely the stand out. I thought it would be nice to feed this back to you as it really shows the level of training you are providing and what competent students you are producing!”
“We very much rate and recommend PC Counselling to anyone that presents an interest in becoming a counsellor, your ethics and way of being is exactly what we look for”.
“Thank you so much for sending some truly amazing counsellors our way.”
I have to say, we were very impressed by the calibre of the trainees this year - very professional and understanding of counselling in contemporary settings”
The Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling also holds the Quality Mark of One Awards and is accredited by the National Counselling Society (NCS) and, subject to NCS Terms & Conditions, is a route onto a national register of counsellors which is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority
